Evidence of Nelly’s Alleged Rape Case Emerge. Evidence regarding Nelly’s rape case has been released. Among the evidence collected from the incident, include; Surveillance videos and photos from the seen where he was arrest.
As earlier reported by TMZ, Auburn PD, in Washington State, concluded with it’s investigation last month, but the prosecutors had dropped the case following reports that the alleged victim refused to testify. Now After the case has been closed, the cops decided to reveal all the photos and videos gathered during their investigation.
One of the evidence includes surveillance videos which shows when Nelly and the accuser, Monique Greene, were leaving the Seattle nightclub where they met, getting on his tour bus. The video also showed the moment when she left the bus and called the police to report the alleged rape.
The police docs also carries Nelly and Greene’s stories of what happen on the bus, but their stories were contradicting each other.
Nelly told the police their s3x, both oral and v@ginal were consensual, and that Greene removed her clothing by herself. Nelly added that though he did not use a contraceptive sheet, he was careful not to not to ejaculate inside of her. Nelly revealed that Greene, only got upset because she thought he was doing something with one of his dancers, who was also on the bus at the time.
Now from Greene’s story to the police, she claimed that Nelly forcefully pulled off her pants and threw her on the bed, and said, “You’re gonna take this d**k.” She added that Nelly repeatedly told her during the intercourse, “That’s my p***y.”
She revealed that the rape lasted for 30 minutes, and that she is certain Nelly had ejaculated inside her, and also on her backside and front.
Greene further claimed that Nelly offered her $2,500 and asked her to stay on the bus until their next destination, but she told him she’s not a prostitute. She claims someone else pushed her off the bus, and Nelly threw a $100 bill at her.
For what it’s worth, Nelly says he handed her the hundo.
